Health Heroes Are All Around Us!

The food bank volunteer, the coach, the medical provider, these are the people making a positive difference every day in Pierce County! Please join us for a virtual celebration of our Health Heroes on November 4, 2020 at 5:30pm for the social hour and 6:00pm for the program. This year we are asking that you consider making a gift to the Patient Care Fund to honor these Health Heroes who contribute to the connected health of our community. The Patient Care Fund ensures that those with the least resources can live their healthiest lives. At Community Health Care no one is turned away due to inability to pay, and the Patient Care Fund covers the difference between what a patient can pay and the cost of their care.
