This September, we are asking our paw-some supporters to take on a challenge of walking 100km throughout September, whilst raising £100 for IAPWA!

How does it work?

This challenge is run primarily from our Facebook Group (www.facebook.com/groups/iapwawalkforpaws/) so that we can bring together a like-minded community of animal lovers to spur each other on and offer support. In short, you join the group, create a fundraising page and then get walking on 1st September!

1. Head to www.facebook.com/groups/iapwawalkforpaws/ and join the group

2. Follow the link to this Just Giving campaign and set up your own fundraiser by clicking "start fundraising" (Orange button)

3. Once you've set up your Just Giving page, share it far and wide on your social media channels and tell your friends and family about your challenge

4. Take a good look around on the Facebook Group - we have sponsorship forms, FAQs, a progress tracker and much more to help keep you on track!

Who are IAPWA?

IAPWA (International Aid for the Protection & Welfare of Animals) is a UK registered international animal welfare charity, dedicated to creating a better future for animals in need.

Our first project, established in 2009, was based in Sabah, Borneo, where we have provided a lifeline to thousands of dogs and cats in need of veterinary care and support. Our companion animal programmes have since developed in Penang Island and Romania.

Our passion for all animals has also seen us develop partnerships and campaigns to help other species. Wherever there is suffering, we aim to make a difference and with your support we can continue to protect and improve the welfare of animals worldwide.
