IDAS supports over 15,000 people affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence every year, providing lifesaving services including refuge accommodation, outreach services and support to children and young people.

Cycle, skate, run, Hop!
We've plotted a virtual, 300 mile route around Yorkshire through some of the beautiful places were lucky to work. Our teams and supporters are devising creative ways to participate in the tour. Some will complete just a few miles on roller skates, while others are cycling the challenging route from Skipton to Scarborough. All we ask is that everyone participating follows the Government guidelines for Coronavirus.
So, whether you cycle, skate, run or hop, by yourself or in a team, join the tour. Ask your friends and family to sponsor you or join with a one-off donation and help us raise vital funds.
