January Joggers - CFL's 35th Birthday Edtion
Last year we launched a fundraiser called January Joggers where we saw a few people choose to run throughout the month of January and help raise money for Caring For Life so that we can continue to support and care for those who are most in need.
In case you missed the opportunity to put on your running shoes, we have decided to do it again and we thought we would add a little twist this year and make it a CFL 35th Birthday Edition.
So if you have been thinking of getting out and doing more exercise at the start of this new year, why not take part in this fundraiser and also help to raise much-needed funds for Caring For Life.
To celebrate 35 years, why not walk, jog, run, sprint, in one of the following ways:

- Complete 3.5km a week
- Completed 35km by the end of the month
- Complete 5km a day, which equals 35km a week
You could be brand new to the running world or someone who runs every hour, every day. All you need to do is set yourself a target for the month and then ask if your friends and family might sponsor you to reach your goal. You could jog in the streets, in your garden, on a treadmill, or even on the spot!
If you need help measuring the distance you run you could use an app on your phone such as Strava or Map My Run.
