The Lily 21 Challenge is the ideal way to kickstart 2021while helping people affected by mitochondrial diseases. Set yourself a personal fundraising challenge based on the number 21. Could be a 21km walk, run 21 miles in a week, 2.1 min plank etc.

Story

The Lily 21 Challenge is a virtual challenge suitable for supporters of all ages and abilities. It's the perfect way to keep active during January 2021. The great thing is that you set your own challenge. All we ask is that you base it on the number 21. Here are just a few suggestions: Run, walk or cycle 21 km (in a day / week / month), Walk 21 laps around the garden , Exercise every day for 21 days, Do 21 burpees / push-ups / star jumps , Hold a 2.1 min plank every day for 21 days , Spend 21 hours on a rowing machine , Bounce on a pogo stick for 2.1 hours , Score 21 penalties in your goal net , etc It's your challenge so do it your way!

You have all of January to complete your challenge, so there's no need to smash any world records! Whether you take a day, a week or a month, go at the pace that's right for you.
