Story
Located in A.F. Siebert Chapel, Luther's Lunchbox is managed through the Center for Faith & Spirituality and has served Carthage students since September 2019. The Lunchbox is a stop-and-go supplemental food program created to support our students when they need a quick meal or snack during the day. The shelves are stocked with non-perishable single serving breakfast, lunch and dinner items, snacks and beverages, laundry pods, hygiene items and other essential needs.
During the campaign, all gifts will be matched dollar for dollar up to $1,000 by alumna Rev. Kären Rasmussen and her nonprofit No Child Goes Hungry.
No Child Goes Hungry has generously donated to match every gift made to this campaign, so you can now DOUBLE your gift to Luther's Lunchbox when you donate before the end our campaign on October 31.
Luther's Lunchbox has handed out nearly 9,000 food and hygiene products since its start in 2019 and helped so many Carthage students. Your gift makes all the difference!
