You can pop the kettle on at home. Share a pot of tea with your colleagues. Take a flask outside with friends and family. Or rally the whole street with a brew, biscuits, and bunting!

All funds raised this year in our name will support three areas which are very important to us and to our supporters. The first is our current campaign for Cancer Services which aims to raise £25,000 to secure the hypnotherapy service and other much needed help for people living with a cancer diagnosis - find out more here https://mchcharity.org/appeals/cancer-services-fund/

Other areas which will receive money from this event include our children's fund and will also be used to support staff wellbeing and patient experience.
