Speak out and share why you're fighting. Whether you use social media or simply speak with friends, family or colleagues mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 by telling those around you why you've joined the fight for mental health and help create a movement for change.

Donate. With your help, we can lead the fight for mental health together, while continuing to give support to those of us with a mental health problem. Your full donation will help Mind in Croydon to meet the significant increase in need to support more people with existing mental health issues and those experiencing poor mental health for the first time.
