We have teamed up with My Virtual Mission to bring you our virtual distance challenge - Miles for Rainbows. We have two routes for you to choose from, either 150 miles or 600 miles. Both routes travel around the East Midlands counties. Just pick your route and click through to sign up.

150 miles - a route which will take in some of the major towns and cities in the East Midlands. This challenge works out at around 10,000 steps per day as if you manually enter 10,000 steps then the website converts this to 5 miles. This challenge is ideal for individuals but it can also be done as a team challenge.

600 miles - a route which is ideal for teams, or those looking for a serious challenge! This route roughly follows the boundaries of the counties which we cover, in the East Midlands. As a team your miles will add up and collectively youll work together to complete 600 miles.

You can complete your miles by stepping, running, walking or any activity in a wheelchair. Your distance will be recorded on My Virtual Mission either manually or syncing with an existing app. As you complete the miles youll move along your chosen route. However you are completing your miles, please ensure you follow current Government guidelines for your area when taking part in Miles for Rainbows.
