Legend has it that this December Santa's elves will escape the North Pole and appear across Bristol and beyond!

The elves will be taking on challenges to raise vital funds for Bristol city centre hospitals, and celebrate the amazing work of the NHS, who will be there for us 24/7 this Christmas.
