Reflecting on my lifetime, and the shared history of our country, I can hardly remember a time more challenging than the present.

This has been a year like no other. Were facing a global pandemic that has upended our everyday lives and threatened the health and safety of us all. Were in the midst of an economic crisis that is unevenly impacting housing and employment for millions of hard working Americans. Were listening to the voices in communities of color, better understanding that weve failed them and that we have so much work to do together in addressing the most pressing challenges.

Throughout 2020, weve worked hard to persevere in our mission to support individuals and families as they seek to achieve their dreams of owning a home. 2021 will require more perseverance, and we need your help.
