Our Her-Story

On 31st December 2019 OSARCC turns 40. We're hoping to raise £40,000 over the next 12 months to help sustain and grow our vital services. Since our launch as a helpline service in 1979 we've grown to provide a large range of free, confidential services to survivors across Oxfordshire.

To celebrate our anniversary we're asking everyone to #riseup and make some noise about the work we do, as well as supporting us to raise much needed funding for our services.

About OSARCC

OSARCC provides support to those who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. We provide counselling, advocacy, support groups, drop-in sessions, and helpline, email, and text support, as well as specialist support to young women and girls. We provide information and consent workshops in schools, and training to professionals.

£40,000 for 40 years

We'll be running a series of events and actions and we'll be encouraging you to get involved, so do keep an eye on our social media pages to find out what's happening.

We're asking individuals to raise £40 and businesses to pledge to raise £400 to help us meet our target. If you need support or ideas on how to do this please get in touch and we would be happy to support you. We can also provide a range of materials to help you with your activities.
