Para Equestrian Ireland is a charitable organisation that was established to help riders with physical disabilities to compete in dressage at national and international level up to and including Paralympic Games.

We are currently working towards gaining qualifications for the FEI Para Dressage World Championships 2022 held in Herning Denmark august 2022. To gain such qualification our Para riders are expected to completely SELF FUND both travel and expenses to over seas International events. Due to Para dressage being a disabled sport most riders will need extra both equine and personal PA team members to travel. As you can imagine this is a huge extra cost to already a very expensive sport.

Ireland is world widely known for its Equine heritage. Currently Para Dressage is the only International disabled equine sport that Ireland compete at.
