Prama is a leading charitable foundation in the South West of England. We act as a voice for issues impacting older people and we stand up for the Human Rights of Older people. We have a Brain Injury support service, we offer many clubs tackling loneliness and isolation for older people, we run Memory Lane groups for those with Dementia or who are struggling with their memory. We are helping to deliver Dementia Friendly Communities and Dementia Friendly Churches and we even run a Travel Agents as a way of raising Funds and ensuring that there are age friendly, accessible holidays available.

We have identified areas of need for our Memory Lane Clubs in East Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole but it costs us £5500 to set up and run a new club for the first year. Your support will help us to set up a new club and help us to achieve
