Whether it's running 5k, or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or taking the bike for a spin - thousands of people around the UK will be kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way.
RED is proud to be partnering with leading mental health charity Mind, with all funds raised helping to continue their vital work to ensure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
RED January is a community initiative that encourages you to support your mental health by doing something active every single day.
