Pick a date to start and finish your Rainbow Rambles

Open a JustGiving page linked to our Rainbow Ramble Campaign - see our useful tips below to get you started

Over 7 days choose a different colour of the rainbow to look for whilst out walking and either take a photo or write a list of the objects you have seen in that day's particular colour. So on your red day you might see a red flower, a red car, a red pair of shoes ...

Children might also like to dress in the colour of the day or as their favourite super hero!

Ask everyone you know to sponsor you including family, friends and local businesses

Why not make this activity even more exciting and set a target of how many objects you have to identify in your colour for the day, or the distance you are going to walk (or even run if you're feeling energetic)?

You could also challenge your friends or colleagues to get involved in Rainbow Rambles too and compare what you found - who found the most items or the most unusual?

All those who take part will receive a free thank you rainbow ribbon, a letter from the charity and a special certificate to proudly display!

By taking part you will be supporting the staff and patients in both our hospitals, now and in the future, and you can choose which department or ward you want your donations to go to.

Useful tips for your JustGiving page:

Upload photos of who will be taking part and keep everyone updated with photos of how you are doing

Let people know why you are raising funds - you can use the information that we have on our Campaign Page

Tell as many people as you can and share what you are doing on social media -remember to tag us too!
