Story

The Adidas Virtual City Run is an exciting way to run and raise money for St Barnabas Hospice. Challenge yourself to run as many kilometres as possible in an hour. You can do this alone or with friends, and complete the run on a treadmill or outside. YOU choose the date, YOU choose the time and YOU choose the location. Participants will receive an Adidas t-shirt and medal when they sign up.

Due to the impact of the coronavirus, St Barnabas Hospice is facing losses of £1,000,000. This is because charity shops had to close for a period of time, fundraising events had to be cancelled and fundraising activities were reduced. Because of this, we are asking you to raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship money as you undertake this challenge. If just 20 people signed up and raised this amount, it would pay for a patient nearing the end of their life to stay for three days in our Inpatient Unit. This person would have access to specialist, round-the-clock care and pain management.

Please sign up today and help enable our care to continue throughout this difficult period of time and long into the future.

About the charity
