Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit the St Luke's Community Centre Christmas Giving Page.
Our older generation were hit hard by coronavirus and the lockdown. We want to raise money to help keep our services running and provide Christmas activities for our vulnerable members throughout the festive season, where many feel isolated and are separated from their families.
Your support will allow us to provide our vulnerable members with a four-course meal and a present on Christmas Day. Many of them have no family or friends nearby.
2020 won't be a conventional Christmas and now more than ever we'll work hard to reduce loneliness and social isolation in older and vulnerable people in our community. If we cannot hold events well consider having a Father Christmas and volunteers who deliver Christmas meals and gifts to people in our area.
To bring a smile to everybody's face we need over 300 presents.
Your generous donation will be greatly appreciated.
