Story

The SAMH STOMP is back, and this October we hope to take your fundraising to new heights. Join Team SAMH in making strides to help Scotland's mental health on 26th October at BT Murrayfield stadium.

You may not be the worlds greatest athlete, but you dont have to be, because at SAMH STOMP, our strength is in numbers, as the more noise we make, the more heads we turn, so the more we STOMP, the more we support Scotlands mental health.

Luckily there isnt just one road to Scotlands mental health: The classic Stomp route takes you on a trail of 4,200 stairs through the south, west and northern lower stands, before tackling both the lower and upper east stands.

Looking to raise the bar...?

Extreme Stomp takes our charity challenge up a gear and also includes BT Murrayfields steepest staircases. The Extreme Stomp takes on the Stomp route, PLUS the remaining stairs of the upper stands, totalling over 7400 steps. Chip timing is provided if you want to set yourself an extra challenge. The SAMH Stomp team will be with you every step of the way before, during and after the event. From fundraising tips to training plans, weve got you covered!
