What you can do?
Let your kids pick your outfit, do your make-up and hair for the day (or however long you dare) be sure to share your Just Giving page on all your virtual meetings and social media asking for donations. Bonus points if they choose everything you wear to be blue, the funnier, the better!
Why we need support?
Here at Norfolk and Waveney Mind we are busier than ever, 60% of adults and young people who did not experience poor mental health before the pandemic are now experiencing mental health issues. We want to be there for as many people as we can.
What you get?
Depending on what activity you choose to share over video chat you could be putting into play all of the 5 ways to wellbeing and supporting your own Mental Health as well as fundraising for those helped by Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
