Last year you ran, cycled and walked helping us raise over £25,000 for survivors of trafficking moving on from their past.

This year looks a little different for everyone. Despite not being able to do activities in a big group in 2020 are you up for keeping fit and raising essential funds for survivors at the same time.

On the 27th September or at another time during the month, choose a distance that you want to challenge yourself with 5k, 10k, 20k or even 50k and how you want to do it - run it, walk it, swim it, dance it - however you want to complete it! You might want to have a group of you dance around a park for a distance of 5k or do roly polys for 10k, anything goes!

Our amazing clients are in urgent need of support right now. Support is needed with gas and electricity payments, as well as food parcels. 100% of our clients suffer with mental health issues and the current situation is hitting the most vulnerable amongst us the hardest.
