Our very own Senior PAT Technician, Brian Wilson, has rallied the troops and gathered a team of willing cyclists including our Hit Squad Volunteer Coordinator, Dave Homer, to take part in this year's Ride to the Sun. The team will be taking on this epic 100-mile cycling challenge up from Carlisle to arrive at Cramond to watch the sunrise. Brian has always enjoyed getting out on his bike but has never taken on 100 miles in one go before and definitely not in the middle of the night! He knows it will be a challenge, especially on those steep hills of the Scottish Borders, but is hoping his fellow cyclists and knowing that he's raising vital funds to support people who have been homeless will help get him across the finish line. The funds raised will support the vital services that Fresh Start provide to help people make a home for themselves, any donation would be greatly appreciated.
