To take part in our event we are asking our supporters to:

Do 5 - complete a challenge based on the number 5. You can set your own personal challenge. This could be any activity you like from running 5k to holding an online workout with 5 of your friends to simply reading 5 books. The only requirement is that you must follow Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.

Challenge 5 people on your social media to do the same (remembering to post a picture of yourself having completed your challenge and to tag us @ELHTand Me

Whatever your age or ability, you can take part. The sky is the limit, the main thing is that you have FUN!
