As we approach Christmas and the end of the year, many of our service users some of whom are destitute are going without a hot meal. Winter is now upon us, and our Community Café has been a place where they find warmth, share meals and socialise. The small grant funding for this vital project will be coming to an end soon.

We are therefore appealing for donations for our Community Café which will be used for the food preparation and cover expenses of the volunteers that come to cook the hot meals. Our staff kindly donate towards the hot meals but this is not near enough to keep our cafe running.

In the last year we made more than 6,000 meals, and over 10,000 cups of tea and coffee!

Please help make a difference in someone's life by giving towards a hot meal that keeps them looking forward to the next day.
