The families we support are in the at risk group for the coronavirus outbreak, at a time where the kids need to get out from seeing Mum/Dad ill through cancer treatment, they can't go out due to self-isolation advice. This will impact massively on a childs emotional and mental well-being. We may not be able to support them with activities during this time, but TOGETHER we can be prepared for when this crisis ends and have the funds available to offer these respite, social activities at a later date. Writing this, we have over £500 worth of activities to organise once the outbreak is over. We have estimated that we will lose around £5,000 of income over the next 6-8 weeks from events, fundraisers and bucket collections. For a small charity like ours which is 95% run by public donations and fundraising this is massive. But together we can make a difference and be ready with our respite activities for the kids when this situation is over.
There is no US without YOU and we need You more than ever now. Together we can make a differnece
