Our team of volunteers and staff are working tirelessly to ensure our vital Information & Advice, Telephone Befriending, Help at Home and Independence at Home services continue to safely help the older people who are reaching out to us during these deeply worrying times.

With your support we will be able to reach vulnerable older people across the two counties who are isolated with regular calls to check theyre doing ok, shopping for everyday essentials and crucial information during the crisis and to help deliver people home after a stay in hospital.

With Government guidelines people are being told to self-isolate and distance themselves from others including family members. This is a very frightening time for many older people who are alone and afraid to leave the house.

Your critical donation will provide advice and assistance to the most vulnerable older people in our local community during these uncertain times.

- £10 could enable us to reach out to 5 isolated and vulnerable older people with a friendly call.

- £20 - could enable us to support someone with specialist information and advice if they are facing a complex challenge
