Over the past year we have witnessed a health crisis that has impacted everyone's lives significantly and changed the way we interact every day. Many have been affected by it directly, losing loved ones too, our thoughts are with those who have lost the battle against Covid-19.
Earlier last year, when the pandemic was unfolding, we asked for your help hoping that with your support we could navigate through this crisis and continue delivering our promise to be here for older people in Richmond at a very crucial time in their lives. We were overwhelmed by the response we received; we would like to thank you again for donating to us. Thanks to your help, over the past year, we were able to reach those who needed us most.
However, the pandemic continues to hit us hard. The ever-changing regulations and lockdowns have meant that over the past year we were unable to run our services as usual, losing income from renting our hall space or charging for some of our services.
Therefore, we are asking if you would be willing to make a much-needed donation to us if you are able to. Your donation will enable us to carry on helping and supporting local older people through the pandemic and rebuild after, as well as helping us to be here in the future for all older people in the borough.
We aim to be here for older people when they need us, during the pandemic and beyond. We continue adapting our services to this crisis while also planning for a time post pandemic.
Thank you for your support.
