I've been involved for several years in the work of Indian Futures and have always supported their Student Sponsorship Programme.

A total of 14 girls from rural Tamil Nadu are able to go to University and become empowered to support themselves and their families thanks to the programme.

On 4th December, as you know, I'll be celebrating my 50th birthday, and the only birthday present I could dream of is that you help me sponsor 6 girls' school fees.

Kaviya, Nandhini, Narmatha, Nivetha, Aarthi and Dhanalakshmi each have their own dreams, and we have the power to make their dreams come true. You can read their stories and also see the balance of the school fees we need.

The yearly university and transport fees for each student are an average of £250 or $335. You may want to sponsor the annual amount, the full course (some students have 1, others 2 years left), or simply contribute what you can towards the programme.
