Shifa Free Clinic-ICNA Relief USA Programs is committed to ensuring that our youth have the tools they need to bring their educational aspirations to fruition. We are giving 350 backpacks and supplies to students in underserved communities. The smell and touch of new backpacks and supplies ensures students have the passport to success. Let's empower children in lower-income communities by providing them with basic educational needs. With your support in this program, students will apply their focus to learning.

Back to school can be a challenge for many parents, especially with an ever-growing list of necessary supplies. Many of the families in our communities cannot afford to get the things students need or at times the teachers provide the school supplies out of their own pockets. It's imperative for students to have the necessary tools to begin the year on the same footing as others.

We have organized an event on August 7th, 2021 working with collaborative agencies and volunteers to provide 350 backpacks and uniforms to children from low-income areas, filled with essential school supplies in a drive thru fashion. In addition to free school necessities, our volunteers will be supporting the health needs of our community. The event will include no-cost COVID 19 immunizations and dental hygiene education and kits. Participants can also benefit from Fresh Express, which will be onsite and is a farmer's market that provides free, fresh produce to families suffering from food insecurity or a lack of access to healthy food staples.
