Visit the charity's profileOur Back to School packs provide children with some of the essential items for school to give struggling families a helping hand and help children feel comfortable and settle in quickly.
This year we have already received more than 400 referrals, and are anticipating more already almost double last years campaign!
*Back pack
* PE bag
* School essentials (pencil case, notebooks etc)
* School shoes voucher (£25)
* Water bottle
* Cap
* Underwear
* Vests
* Socks
We know that these packs help relieve some of the pressures on families, and help these children know that they are loved and they matter - this small gesture goes a little way towards that, sending them back to school with confidence and a smile.
£50 could give a child a full pack, making sure they have all they need for the new school year.
£25 could provide a school shoes voucher, helping a child go back to school with a good quality new pair of shoes.
£10 could provide the basic essentials of new socks and underwear.
All monies raised will be used to support the Back to School initiative along with other services provided by The Lighthouse (Emmaus Transformation Trust) supporting families and individuals in need.
