Twenty teams will take part in the second bed push challenge at Cardiff Bay Barrage, Sunday May 12th 2019. Individuals can also sign up to take part in the 5k run around the Bay

Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is the official Charity supporting all the wards and departments of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CAV UHB). With 9 hospitals, 17 health centres and 300+ separate funds, every penny you donate is spent by senior doctors and nurses to benefit our patients.
