When you sign up you'll be sorted in to a team of runners all over the UK competing to run the furthest by the end of the month. Each week you'll receive a motivational message from your team captain and an update on how many miles each team has completed.

Most importantly of all, by taking part in this challenge the money you raise will help us get closer to stopping MS.

Whichever team wins, MS loses!
