Monday 21st January. Its gloomy. Its dark. Christmas is over. Spring is a long, long way away. Its difficult for anyone to feel good. Cold, grey, miserable. Its supposed to be the most depressing day of the year - Blue Monday. With your help, we can turn Monday 15th January into Blooming Monday! All you need to do is wear your brightest clothes. Youll brighten up your day. Then there are your colleagues and your friends too. Maybe just looking at your colourful get-up will make someone smile. Without knowing it, you might just bring some brightness into the life of someone struggling with depression. It is meant to be a bit of fun and an opportunity to get people talking about mental health issues. It isn't primarily a fundraising event though some of our supporters are happy to have a bucket collection for Mental Health Research UK on the day, which is always most welcome!
