Allsorts is a charity that provides accessible everyday experiences for disabled children, young people and their families.Running is more than just a personal achievement – it’s a chance to make a difference. By taking part in a local running event and fundraising for Allsorts, you’re helping to provide accessible everyday experiences for disabled children, young people and their families.

A quote from one of the team, "I signed up the run the 10K for Allsorts to give myself the motivation to get back to running and training after a very hard few years. My partner passed away last April from a rare sarcoma, and he had a year of intensive treatment before that. It was an incredibly difficult time and I didn't have time or the headspace for training. I am now challenging myself to get back to my hobbies and things I enjoy for both my physical and mental health. I signed up to the 10K give myself the motivation to get out running. The 29th of June would have been our anniversary so it will be lovely to do something positive on that day. I'm looking forward to my first event in years and running it for Allsorts with the team from BNI Five Valleys!"
