Story
During the Coronavirus pandemic the Bristol and South Gloucestershire Methodist Circuit has teamed up with the city's leading homeless charities to deliver takeaway hot meals to those experiencing homelessness. Every Tuesday a team of volunteers from the Circuit serve over 100 hot dinners - each costing £3.30 to prepare, deliver and serve. That's not much more than the price of a cup of coffee, but it all adds up: 100 dinners a day, 7 days a week, 10 weeks of lockdown... we'll let you do the maths!
Can you help pay for the meals we serve? Perhaps you could donate the money you might have spent on coffees these last few months! Funds raised will support Caring in Bristol's Cheers Drive initiative which provides the food we serve.
Let's work together to make sure no one goes hungry on our streets.
