Story

The London Marathon is one of the biggest running events in the world, and we're thrilled to have a team taking part on the 2nd of October. This amazing bunch of fitness fanatics are all training hard so they can go the extra mile (or 26 miles) and pound the capital's pavements in support of Calvert Trust Exmoor.

With the help of brilliant people like our runners, Calvert Trust Exmoor can continue offering fully accessible adventure holidays to people with disabilities and their families. Some of the 5,000 guests we welcome each year have never truly experienced a relaxing and fun break with their friends and/or families as accessibility boundaries can often mean they are unable to take part in activities to their fullest.

At Calvert Trust Exmoor, we firmly believe that it's what you CAN do that counts, so we do everything we can to ensure every visitor to our centre enjoys the same experience regardless of age or ability.

If you'd like to support our incredible marathon team, you can either sponsor a runner directly by clicking on their name or use the Donate button to contribute to the team as a whole.

The fundraising efforts of anyone who runs will help make up some of the financial losses we have sustained through the past few extremely difficult years, so we can't thank you enough!
