Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, urgent calls for everyone to #stayhome, #washhands and observe #socialdistancing seem little more than a cruel joke to people living day-to-day inside Europe's refugee camps.

This is because in these refugee camps people CANNOT

- stay home, when they don't have a home to stay in

- wash their hands, when they share water taps between 1300 people and don't have soap.

- avoid crowds, when camps built for 700 people are shared by 7000.

For many of Europe's refugee communities we volunteers and small NGOs are their only lifeline. Therefore, Donate4Refugees together with our amazing network of trusted volunteer groups here and on-the-ground across Europe's hot-spots, are facing the mammoth task of helping these people, head-on. That is, doing all we can to support vulnerable refugees - mums and dads, grandmas and grandads, sisters and brothers - during this pandemic so dramatically impacting all our lives.

We're doing this by raising urgent funds to safeguard the health, hygiene and food of these most vulnerable people to meet ever more critical needs. We're also planning for urgent aid provision like food and clothes to rebuild lives and hope after restrictions are lifted. We can't do this without you and urgently need your help today.
