Our common home needs, and our faith mandates, us to act together, at scale, to improve our relationship with the planet. A Rocha UK offers Eco Church, a scheme helping churches across denominations commit to practical, environmental actions in all aspects of church life, worship and ministry, from members of the congregation to those in leadership.

With over 2800 churches now registered, Eco Church is much more than a scheme. It is increasingly a community of churches and Christians responding to the environment crisis together, sharing tips, and learning together as we go.

With many more churches waking up to the need to care for Gods creation, we're committed to keeping Eco Church free to access. But it isn't free to run: answering questions, creating new resources and processing awards for hundreds of churches all takes time. Even with some fabulous, committed volunteers, we still need more capacity to deliver the additional resources that churches are asking for to accelerate their progress.

If every church participating in Eco Church donated £100, we can keep the programme free to use so that initial finances are not a barrier for a church wanting to register and make changes to their worship and witness that improve their impact on the planet .
