Save Ellie's leg

Ellie was rescued from a Romanian roadside. She was taken to a Romanian osteopathic vet to straighten her broken leg. It was thought that the operation was successful but shortly before she was due to come to Mayflower the leg collapsed.

Story

Ellie's operation failed catastrophically. When she arrived at Mayflower with her severely deformed leg we took her to a specialist. She has had x-rays and an MRI scan to help the consultant come to a view about the next stage of treatment. The total so far is £800 with that potentially rising to £4000. We have our fingers crossed that she can have treatment and the leg will not be amputated.

You can see from the pictures how damaged her leg is, can you imagine how much pain she is in trying to walk. She is such a sweet girl who deserves to run and play again.

Please help us get her the best treatment that we are able.
