GDNF for Parkinson's
Following on from the Phase 2 clinical trail of GDNF for Parkinson's, which was depicted in the BBC 2 Documentary The Parkinsons Trial - A Miracle Cure? We are now pushing forward and trying to raise the funds needed to continue to a Phase 3 trial.
There is no doubt in the participants minds or in-fact the surgeon, Professor Steve Gill, or indeed that of Alan Whone the chief investigating officer, that this protein (GDNF) does have restorative brain cell capability. Here are some of the brave patients that took part in the trial. See for yourself the impact of this "Miracle" drug.
