Annual Salary

Number of contracted hours you work per week

Number of days you work a week

Number of days you have paid entitlement per year

example 1: if you work 5 days a week, this is 365 days, minus 104

(52 weekends of the year) = 261 days

example 2: if you work 3 days a week, this is 365 days, minus 2 work days per week,

minus 104 = 208 days

How to do the calculation:

1. Divide the number of contracted hours you work a week by the number of days you work in a week = A (make a note of the amount)

2. Divide your annual salary by the your number of days paid holiday entitlement = B (make a note of the amount)

Divide B by A = GOLDEN HOUR
