Golden oldies
We have some older cats in branch that are struggling to find homes.
It's the first day of #adoptober and we're kicking off with a purrfectly special appeal to help with the rising costs of caring for older and long term character cats in our care. Investigations, wellness tests, medications, dentals, out of hours trips, we love a mature moggy but they nearly always stay with us for months and have additional needs.
Gaz has been in care 14 weeks and available for adoption for 9 weeks.
He is between 12-15 years old and has a few health concerns. He recently had a seizure of some kind and has had to undergo tests to determine the cause. He lived on the streets for years before entering the Goole RSPCA rehoming program. He will also be having a dental shortly, as his top 2 teeth are snapped at the gum.
Dee has been in branch 13 weeks and up for adoption for 6 weeks.
She is between 6-8 years old and has just finished raising her very last litter of kittens, after years of having litter after litter.
Toffee has been in branch 22 weeks and available for adoption for 17 weeks.
She is a 10 year old timid little lady with a shy nature, but is improving all the time.
These 3 older cats have all been waiting for their forever homes for some time now.
All Gaz wants for Christmas is two new front teeth. Can you help?
Please help us raise some funds to continue sup-paw-ting them.
Thank you
Note: Gaz, Dee and Toffee can all be seen in the gallery pictures
