Hat-trick for Hospitals is your chance to raise money for two great local charities, Nottingham Hospitals Charity and Nottingham Forest Community Trust which both make a huge difference to the Nottinghamshire community.

In return for your fantastic fundraising efforts, you'll receive a limited edition Nottingham Forest training shirt.

Step 1: Start your fundraising. It's completely up to you how you raise the money.

Step 2: Raise a minimum of £75.

Step 3: Once you've hit your target you'll receive your shirt in the post.*
