Sheila Graham was a deeply respected and much-loved Chief Executive whose compassion, kindness, and unwavering commitment to others shaped Transform Forth Valley and the communities we support. Her sudden passing has been felt profoundly across our organisation, our partners, and by everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her.

At the request of Sheila’s husband, Bob Graham, donations in her memory will go to Transform Forth Valley, the organisation she led with such heart, clarity, and purpose.

Sheila’s leadership was defined by compassion, inclusion, and respect, values she lived every single day. She championed the people we support, and she championed her staff just as fiercely, and created a culture where colleagues felt valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference. Her belief in people, both within the organisation and across our communities, remains one of her greatest legacies.

This fund will support the services and initiatives that reflect Sheila’s lifelong dedication to improving lives, challenging inequalities, and ensuring that individuals and families receive the support they need to build brighter futures.
