Hi, meet 3.5 year old Isaac Blu.

He truly is a brave super hero.

When Isaac was 5 months old he was diagnosed with a brain tumour - Ependymoma.

And in true super-hero style, he fought a battle for 18 months.

Our amazing little hero got though the unimaginable and had been in remission for nearly 2years! I can honestly say, that these have been the best 2 years of our family life.

We have truly made the most of every second.

Isaac has flourished and is beaming with his love for life and his family.

Sadly, Isaacs Oncology consultant called with devastating news.

The Cancer is back.

My heart felt like it hit the floor and I started shaking. I was sitting at the kitchen table, where we had been playing with playdoh. I looked Into the living room where Isaac and his younger brother were innocently singing, they had pulled out a ton of Lego, with not a care in the world, the way it should be. They where playing hulk smash knocking down their Lego.

I was being told on the phone Isaac will need surgery to his brain again, to remove the cancer, and Isaac has no idea any of this is happening and barely remembers fighting for 18 month of his life.

Isaacs older siblings are absolutely devastated. Dad and I had to talk to them in private to break the news and we all had a cry together.

After surgery, Isaac will need life saving treatment. Which we cannot access in the UK. Our hope is that the Proton Therapy offered in Germany will help slow down and could prevent the cancer returning. But this does not come free or cheap.

We need to raise £70,000, to cover all the cost of having the treatment.

We want to see our beautiful boy grow, losing him is not an option, this is why we are pleading for your help.

The treatment not available on the NHS for Isaac, but this is the treatment that is recommended.

We will be holding lots of fundraising events, and we are looking for volunteers to help us.

We have chosen to fundraise with the Bradley Lowery Foundation, who will support our fundraising and pay all invoices for treatment, flights and accommodation on our behalf.

Update - Isaac has now had his tumour removed. The surgeon managed to get 100% of it yay!!! You can see from the pictures below, how well it has healed. So now more than ever we need to raise the funds for the proton.therapy.

As you can see, he is getting back to his usual self, we dont know how long this will last, but we are cherishing every moment of it, living each day as it comes.
