I continue to be astonished and proud of how Jason’s legacy continues to have an impact on the lives of the children and families Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC) serves each year. It is hard for me to believe that it has been 20 years since Jason’s untimely passing. His legacy has been able to make such an amazing difference on children because of the continued support from family, friends, and contributors.

To honor Jason’s legacy this year, we are asking you to please consider making a donation to support CCTC’s School-Based Care Coordination Program. The Care Coordinators work within the Philadelphia School District to address specific mental and behavioral challenges the child and family are experiencing in collaboration with school personnel. In addition, the Care Coordinators help to link families to other community resources to remove any barriers to academic success and promote family stability and growth.

The Fund’s goal is to raise $15,000 to support this critical service within the fourteen schools CCTC is providing services. We know how important education is and by helping children to truly be able to focus on their schooling you are having an impact on their future. Your support will enable CCTC to continue to provide hope and resiliency to children and their families.
