We are fundraising to cover Luna’s travel costs so she can reach her forever home in the UK — where love, safety, and her best friend Alex will be waiting.

Meet Luna, a gentle, sweet-natured girl whose story begins on the harsh streets of Bahrain. She was one of five cats abandoned with no food, no shelter, and no one to care. Frail, timid, and silently suffering from infection, Luna faced a frightening battle to survive. Thankfully, a kind rescuer found every one of them and rushed them to safety. Heartbreakingly, one of their group didn’t make it — a reminder of how close Luna came to the same fate.

Throughout it all, Luna stayed close to her best friend, Alex. In fear, they curled together; in sadness, they comforted one another. That bond became their lifeline. It grew stronger with every hardship, and today, they are inseparable.

Despite everything, Luna’s spirit never dimmed. She blossomed into the sweetest, most easygoing girl — a confident little soul who loves company, cuddles, and playtime. She’s a social butterfly who gets along with everyone she meets. Feathery toys, other friendly cats, even bottle caps — Luna finds joy in the simplest things, and she spreads that joy effortlessly.

A loving home in the UK has opened their hearts to Luna and Alex. Their home is ready. Their bowls are waiting. Their beds are fluffed. And soon, two deeply connected survivors will finally know what forever feels like — together.

But to make that dream real, Luna needs help with her travel costs. Without it, she risks being left behind… and we can’t let that happen.
