March on Mental Health

During the month of March we are asking people to run, walk, jog or roll 100K in an effort to improve our own mental health but also fundraise to support the mental health or those working or retired from the police services across the UK.

Exercise is important for mental health so why not promote your on with a 100K walk, hike, jog, run or roll through March, with a target of only 2 miles a day throughout March this target is easily reachable. Each person who signed up ahead of the event and pledged to raise £100 for our cause will got a free 'March on Mental Health' tshirt, those who signed up afterwards can claim their t-shirt when they pass the £100 barrier.

Exercise has been proven to help improve your mental health and at if you join this campaign you can fundraise to help someone elses mental health at the same time!
