Take on the Mindful Miles Challenge and support better mental health.
The easing of coronavirus restrictions in the coming months gives us something to look forward to, but the effect on mental health for some is set to be long-lasting. During 2020, we adapted our services so we could continue to be there remotely for people who needed us. Now we need your help to keep these going and find new ways of supporting people's mental health across North Staffordshire.
It's simple: set yourself a target distance (preferably in miles, but we're not fussy!) and get active any time throughout May to reach your goal. Run, walk, cycle, row, hop... how you complete your miles is up to you!
The money you raise through the Mindful Miles Challenge will help us here at North Staffs Mind to continue providing vital mental health support for local people.
