It's been a hard year for everyone, and a lot of us find January a particularly difficult month...so this January take on a wellness challenge to kickstart your 2021 and do something everyday to benefit your mental health!
Set yourself a mind, body or soul wellness goal and fundraise to support Solent Mind along the way!.
What challenge you decide to do it up to you! You could run a certain distance every week, cycle to work and back everyday for month, take up a new hobby and practice it everyday, or take some time for yourself practicing daily mindfulness. Whatever feels like a big challenge for you, no matter how small, is the perfect way to start the new year!
